Biosketch
Dr. Sumanjit Dass is an assistant professor in Marketing with Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, India
Dr Sumanjit Dass is an Engineer (Electronics) from Shivaji University and an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad. He is a PhD from ICFAI University. With over 12 years of corporate experience in the domain of marketing and sales at senior level positions, Sumanjit has made his presence felt in the corporate arena by winning many performance driven awards. He has worked with the brands like Kotak, Religare and DHFL.
On the academic front, he has been a faculty for over 6 years (visiting and full-time) with renowned business schools like IMT Ghaziabad, NMIMS, Ambedkar University, and IILM GSM in the past. He is well published with ABDC journals, case studies and book-chapters.
He also has his own website by the name www.markasm.com and www.markeligion.on where he discusses the latest in marketing and the corporate world. His hobbies include writing poems, cooking, contemporary dancing, participating in marathons and painting.
