Biosketch
Dr Sujit Kumar Patra is a Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing, Birla school of Management at Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has more than 15 years of experience in Management Teaching. He has received his Ph.D. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Customer Satisfaction in Health insurance from Sambalpur University, and M.Sc. in Ecology and Environment. His research interests lie in the broad areas of Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Health Insurance.
Dr. Sujit has published several book chapters and more than 10 papers in reputed International journals such as European Journal of Social Sciences and Indian Journal of Economics & Business. Dr. Sujit is invited as keynote speaker in many national and International Conferences and delivered lectures in national and International Universities like Multimedia University, Malaysia and Xavier University Bhubaneswar.
Dr. Sujit has handled several administrative responsibilities like Head of the Department and Proctor of the University.
