Brief Profile

Dr. B P Bijay Sankar is currently working as Assistant Professor at Birla School of Commerce, Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Prior to this, he worked as Assistant Professor in Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha, India. He has also contributed towards teaching as Teaching Assistant during his PhD Program at National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Dr. Sankar’s teaching interests include Corporate Finance, Financial and Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Restructuring and Business Research Methodology. He has done his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from School of Management, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and Master of Commerce from Ravenshaw University, Odisha, India. His research work broadly focused on “Corporate Finance”. He is the receiver of Doctoral Scholar Award from Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi. Dr. Sankar has published several research articles in various reputed indexed national/international journals.
